Return Process

  Log into your Giorgio Vanti account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to maintain return eligibility.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
